Return Policy-Parts and Accessories:
If the product you have received is not correct you may return it for a credit. Prior to returning, you must contact our parts and accessories Department so they may research the problem and make sure we sent the correct item to you. Call us toll free at 877-373-6702. All online orders call toll free at 877-373-6702.
All Special Order Sunbrella Enclosures require a 50% restocking fee, due to our supplier’s policy.
Special orders of Custom products are non-returnable, unless damaged in transit or by mistake in measurements on OUR part. Measurements for custom products must be faxed to us to avoid any mistakes.
Electrical parts are not returnable for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to speed controllers, motors and all switches, solenoids, and/or any part that contains electronic circuitry. We extend no warranty on electrical or electronic components beyond the manufacture’s own written factory warranty.
If your package arrives damaged, report it to the Delivery Service immediately or refuse delivery of the package. If the earner has damaged the package in transit, they are liable and will return the package to us at no cost to you. If the package appears to be intact, but the item inside has been damaged during transit, you have three business days to report it to us so that we can file a damage report. Toll Free 877-373-6702. Shipping charges are not refundable, unless it was a wrong part error on our part All returns are subject a 25% re stocking fee due to our suppliers policies. All returned parts must be shipped pre-paid no COD packages, items must be in their original condition. Any parts or accessories with signs of damage or installation error will not be refunded, exchanged or credited to you.
Once we receive the return, we will then promptly issue a credit or refund. There are no cash refunds and credit refunds will be made to the card account or the original purchase.
Cactus Hill Golf Cars cannot be responsible for any damage or labor expenses that may result from the installation of any wrong or defective part.
